Breakfast was amazing and different every day! We chose the king suite and it was basically a small apartment! One night we were tired and ordered room service. The grilled chicken was delicious! 😋

Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, perfect. Most staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Location was very handy, near restaurants and bus stops. We did not utilize the breakfast. The beds were very hard, it was difficult for me to sleep properly. However, the pillows and linens were very good. Nice hot water in the shower. I also liked that you could open the windows to the outside. There is a lot of noise from the hallways, some visitors talk loudly and no sound proofing from the door. I was woken two nights by comings and goings at 2 and 4 am. I could even hear someone coughing in another room at night.

The location is perfect. Its right between a busy entertainment area and quiet upmarket business travel zone. It has the best of both worlds. The space of the apartment is great for its prices. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Can't really fault them.

The room was spacious & the hotel is in a good area. I could walk alone at night as people were on the streets. The restaurant district is walking distance. The staff were friendly, professional & helpful. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice.

I liked having a larger, suite-style room with a couch and accent chairs and a full kitchen with a half sized refrigerator. My bed was soft and comfortable. The room and the hotel are very quiet. The hotel is very clean. The wifi in my room was pretty good and excellent closer to the door. The shower was great. The neighborhood is great with lots of different food options and is near a good grocery store. The hotel has an elevator. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They also speak english and speak it well. The hotel is also relatively close to public transit. I have stayed twice at the Hotel Vilar America and it is always a good experience and a great value.

Excellent staff throughout. Clean modern room with little or no exterior noise even though I faced onto Calle 66. Breakfast was super with everything you want. Great location. La Candalaria is walkable (1 hour) and taxis are inexpensive. Loads of good restaurants in the area and the neighbourhood feels very safe

A really nice hotel in a good area of Bogota, within safe walking distance of lots of good bars and restaurants in the Zona G district. I had a King Suite, which was very comfortable and very good value. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakast was extensive.
