Property is exceptional especially for the price. I rented the 1 bedroom King bed suite with Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, and Terrace including daily breakfast and I was NOT disappointed. Unit was about 700 square feet and the terrace offered fresh air, live plants, and a nice view. The hotel location offered numerous restaurants within walking distance and an on property restaurant (which I enjoyed good food at with reasonable prices.. Hi Daisy, Luis, and Chef Carlos), they also offered room service (I didn’t use it), in room spa services (I had a facial and massage completed by a professional team), taxi service to/from the airport with a average fee, I purchased the breakfast package with my stay and it offered fruits, pastries, eggs, made to order omelettes, everything you could want in a morning breakfast, it is buffet style and once again friendly and professional staff… The hotel is staffed at the front desk 24 hours by Professional, Kind, Courteous representation (Thanks to John, Christhian, and Sebastian), however any agents were always willing to assist as needed. Housekeeping also was Professional, Kind, offering daily service as needed. Thank you Housekeeping for your amazing service. Room was sparkling when I arrived and I was very pleased with every aspect of the hotel.. Please be advised that hotel has (2) different buildings separated by the street, the one I was in was the nicer of two so I cannot advise on other peoples situation.. I know they have rooms, bunking, and of course suites

Excellent value. Great location in Chapinero near a lot of shopping and food options. Good area for street art and street murals. Always felt safe in the neighbourhood. The staff were fantastic and looked after us well. Helping with transportation and luggage storage was easy and professional. We can't say enough about the high level of service we received from the staff. Every encounter was positive and helpful. The suite we had was also great! Spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, nice shower, good kitchen with a large fridge and a fantastic balcony with a lovely mountain view! Decor has a 70's feel, which we loved. The restaurant on site is also quite nice. Highly recommended and we would stay here again.

Exceptional. We stayed for 10 days with my family and I was a very pleasant experience. I traveled with my 2 teeneger kids and reserved the family suite that has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and for my parents we got a separate room. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, very spacious, and had all kitchen accommodations. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. Everyday was something different and delicious, and if we had special request, they were quick to accommodate. The location was very safe and had everything needed at walking distance.. overall the attention was magnificent. Very impressed. It is not the first time we have stayed there and we will return again.

Wow, our room was huge! We booked a standard double but were given what seemed to be a suite - had a small kitchen, spacious living room with a couch, etc. The room itself was a little dated but the furnishings were lovely, and the kingsize bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well, with perfect omelettes made to order and a good spread of fruit, pastries etc. The location was decent in that it was very close to some great restaurants in Zona G, and a short Uber ride to Zona T, and the attractions in Calendaria. It felt quite safe to walk around but will note it was eerily quiet at nighttime.

Heather

Excellent breakfast buffet in a delightful setting on the second floor. of the main building. The restaurant across the road in the Suites building of the hotel is also very good. The location is quite good for Bogota - 6 km north of the city centre in the lively Chapinero district. Bus service is good once you learn how to navigate the system. The only problem is that you have to go to a bus station downtown to purchase the credit card that allows you to travel on buses.
